Get help with a ChapterWalks tour, download, account, or purchase. If something is wrong on a walk, report it from the app so the tour and nearest stop are included.

On a tour

Use Report an issue

Open Settings in the app and choose Report an issue. For a wrong fact or a misplaced trigger, include the stop name and a short description.

Email support@chapterwalks.com. Include the tour name, but never send passwords or payment details.
